Biography

I am a production designer and art director living in New York City.  In 2009, I graduated from the USC School of Cinematic Arts with a B.A. in Cinema-Television Production and continued to work in Los Angeles until 2014.

I have always been interested in the intersection of design and the humanities, which became an effort to explore the visceral effectiveness and social implication of film.  I am especially interested in optical and sensory illusion because it forces the viewer to question his/her perception and relationship to surrounding spaces, materials, and sounds----an experience that can be applied to the way we live and develop opinions.

Some of my favorite filmmakers are Pedro Almodovar, Andrew Bujalski, Claire Denis, and Jan Svankmajer.
